Initial consultation & evaluation
After being advised by the school that your child may benefit from therapeutic services, contact the Integrated intake team to arrange an initial consultation. If an evaluation is needed, a comprehensive assessment is scheduled with qualified professionals.

Personalized care plan
Based on the evaluation results, the team crafts a personalized care plan and discusses the findings and recommended strategies with you.

Insurance navigation & financial planning
Staff help you navigate insurance and financial options, handle the complexities of insurance claims, and explore possible funding sources.

Implementation & coordination
Your child is matched with dedicated therapists, sessions are scheduled at convenient times, and services are coordinated with school staff.

Regular progress updates and adjustments to the therapy plan as your child’s needs evolve.
